We will build a treatment plan together that is customized to your needs. Your plan will help you monitor your progress.

Providing a diagnosis
Knowing what the difficulty is called helps families better support and advocate for their children. Psychological Testing helps provide a diagnosis and recommendations to better support your child.

We use treatments and assessments that have been well researched. Through collaboration we make evidence-based treatments work for you, so that you can reach your goals in a reasonable amount of time.

When you feel you have reached your goals, our door is always open for you to come back and deal with any new issues or life changes that come along.

Parent Skills Groups for families with oppositional or defiant children

Empirically supported testing to provide an accurate and understandable diagnosis
Cost
We currently do not accept insurance. We accept out of pocket and Lyra
Therapy:
Tiffany Shader, PhD: $200 per 50-minute session.
Carrie Varkatzas, LMFT: $125 per 50-minute session.
Number of sessions vary from 5 to 16 for evidence-based treatments. Individuals in treatment for life transitions or stress may choose to stay in therapy longer.
Psychological Assessment: $200 an hour, with assessment cost ranging from $1000-$3000.
